How to use this source register
All sources below were reviewed on October 4, 2026. A review date confirms the published information checked on that date; it does not certify your project or establish real-time funding availability.
Sources are linked beside important claims. Requirements, utility policies and general planning advice are kept separate. When a source is ambiguous, the guide says what remains to be confirmed.

Unresolved items
Remaining EV incentive funding must be confirmed with the City. The currently linked EV documents carry 2025 revision dates. The broad electrical permit language and credential terminology should be resolved with the City for the actual contractor and project.
No local project price dataset, neighborhood wiring-risk data or verified contractor directory has been published. These omissions are deliberate; unsupported precision would be less useful.
